Happy New Year

Well....what can I say? The end of another year.
Let me tell you that 2009 was MUCH better then 2008, which at times might was the worst year of my life!!! Someday I will be able to write more about that, but just not today!

- I just went outside and shoveled the walk in slippers.

- Why are they called slippers? Does anyone know???

- New Years Eve fun fact #1:It is often thought that the first visitors you see after ringing in the New Year would bring you good or bad luck, depending on who you keep as friends and enemies. That's why most people celebrating on New Year's Eve often do so with friends and family.

- Here is my New Years Resolution. Seriously...no joke. To become healthier. To eat better. Excercise. I have just gotten so DAMN unhealthy and it kills me....and eventually will!

-Coffee is so good! Can I be healthy and still drink coffee??

- Watching some ghost show on Discovery. I just wasted 30 minutes of my life to see a knife fall off a table for the climactic finish!!

- It is so good to be in business with good people. As I sit here today wrapping up 2009, and look back on the year, I need to thank Tony for giving me a shot when I needed it most. I have had some really bad business dealings in my life and it has not only hurt me but my family. It is so nice to finally have someone like the people at Mullen's. I have no idea if they even read this or not (then again, I am not sure anyone actually reads this) but if they do....THANK YOU!

- New Years Eve Fun Fact #2: December 31, 1907 saw the very first ball lowering in Times Square.

- Today is PERFECT snowman making snow.

- Who let the dogs out? Who? Who? I'm serious!

- My wife sleeps more then any person I have ever met. (OK...my college roommate Cyril slept more then anyone I ever knew)

- Brianna had a dream that people were raffling off cats and that I didn't have a car so we had to slide on our butts to their Grammy's house where she was playing slot machines. WHAT HAVE I DONE TO THESE KIDS?????

- New Years Eve Fun Fact #3: On New Year's Eve, about 75% of American Parties are with 20 people or less.

- Finish this sentence: I wish I had a bigger...(blank)

- I am about to lose a friend. We had an agreement that if we did not get together while he was in town this week....our friendship was OVER! So, we were going to get together on Saturday. Tracy told me yesterday that we are going to Hidden Valley on Saturday. Lifetime friendship traded for tubing.....this will not be a fun phone call.

- My kids all have toys/ games that they can play with all by themselves. There is no need for human interaction. I like the way this is going. A generation of kids that don't need anyone else. That could be a good or bad thing!?!? I say a bad thing!

- To answer my question above...a bigger bank account. (What were you thinking?)

- New Years Eve Fun Fact #4: The wierdest New Years of my life involved, my cousin on a first date, a case of Moet, former Pittsburgh Steeler Eric Green, my apartment in Swisshelm Park, my ex-girlfriends brother making me puke all night with whiskey, and me running 100% naked through the streets! (oh...by the way...it was also my cousins LAST date with that girl)
